F\u00fcr die unter Ihnen, die sich speziell f\u00fcr Augenerkrankungen und deren Diagnostik interessieren, haben wir eine \u00dcbersicht zusammengestellt, die die verf\u00fcgbaren Tests auf genetische bedingte Erkrankungen und Erregerdiagnostik beinhaltet. Alle Auftr\u00e4ge sind bereits in \u201eMein Labor\u201c einsehbar\/erh\u00e4ltlich, das gilt auch f\u00fcr die Brosch\u00fcre \u201ePreise und Leistungen 2025\/2026\u201c, die wir ebenfalls im f\u00fcr die Kolleginnen und Kollegen gesch\u00fctzten Bereich bereitstellen. Wichtig zu wissen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die <strong>Kurierkostenpauschale<\/strong> erh\u00f6ht sich auf 4,20 \u20ac*. Auch weiterhin wird der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Teil der Abholungskosten vom Labor getragen, aber die Kostensteigerungen der Transportunternehmen machen eine teilweise Weitergabe an die Praxen erforderlich.<\/li>\n<li>Es gibt <strong>nicht rabattierbare Leistungen<\/strong>, die in den Sammelrechnungen enthalten sind. Diese werden ab dem 1.7.2025 als solche gesondert ausgewiesen: Kurier, Porto\/Versand, Arzneimittel, B\u00fccher.<\/li>\n<li>Seit vielen Jahren das erste Mal erh\u00f6hen die <strong>Preise f\u00fcr Gentests<\/strong>. Sie liegen f\u00fcr die Tierarztpraxis weiter unter dem, was wir mit dem Z\u00fcchter verrechnen. Die Preisdifferenz liegt hier bei fast 30 %, bei allen anderen Parametern bei 40\u00a0%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Einige Leistungen haben wir \u201eins Haus geholt\u201c<\/strong> und k\u00f6nnen daher deutlich schnellere Abarbeitungszeiten gew\u00e4hrleisten. Das trifft z. B. f\u00fcr T4- und T3-Antik\u00f6rper (50,00 \u20ac* netto Tierarzt), f\u00fcr Metanephrin und Normetanephrin (80,00 \u20ac* netto Tierarzt) oder Aminos\u00e4uren im Harn (COLA-Test\/Fanconi-Screening, 110,00 \u20ac* netto Tierarzt) zu. Harnelektrophorese, Dysbioseprofile, felines PLI oder TLI hingegen sind schon immer im eigenen Portfolio gewesen und zeichnen sich daher durch schnelle Abarbeitung aus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Diese Leistungen sind neu dazu gekommen<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>AGP (<\/strong><strong>\u03b1<\/strong><strong>1-saures Glycoprotein)<\/strong>, ein diagnostisch wertvoller Parameter zum FIP-Monitoring, der allein aber auch eingebettet in ein FIP-Monitoring Profil angefordert werden kann (AGP 75,00 \u20ac*, FIP-Monitoring-Profil inkl. AGP 98,00* \u20ac, alle Preise netto Tierarzt).<\/li>\n<li>Nachweis einer <strong>Allopurinol-Resistenz<\/strong> bei Leishmanien. Dieser kann bei Verdacht (ausbleibendem \/verringertem Therapieerfolg) helfen, die Therapie zu optimieren.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Atemwegsprofile <\/strong>f\u00fcr Kleins\u00e4uger und f\u00fcr Hunde (PCR sowie Bakteriologie + PCR) wurden aktualisiert und dem Erregervorkommen neu angepasst.<\/li>\n<li>Mit dem <strong>Bence-Jones-Protein<\/strong>-Nachweis im Harn ist ein Test dazu gekommen, der bei vorangegangener Harnelektrophorese den Verdacht auf ein multiples Myelom best\u00e4tigen kann.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Das sei nur ein kleiner Ausblick auf die neuen Preise und Leistungen bei Laboklin.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Laboklin Akademie<\/strong> \u2013 hier weisen wir auf die <strong>Hauttagung am<\/strong> 28.6.2025 hin, die dieses Mal in Bad Kissingen oder wahlweise online stattfindet.
