Wir haben bei Laboklin viel Energie darauf verwendet, die methodisch besten Tests zusammenzustellen. Wir haben uns dieses Themas angenommen, die Erfahrung der Pathologie von Leipzig aus der Arbeitsgruppe von Prof. Schoon mit in unser Haus geholt.<\/li>\n<li>Interpretation gef\u00e4llig? Das leistet unser Team an Labortier\u00e4rzten gerne \u2013 sei es zur Methodik, sei es zur Interpretation des Befundes in Bezug auf die Klinik.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tr\u00e4chtigkeit<\/strong> \u2013 auch hier helfen wir gerne mit dem, was heute dem Labor zur Verf\u00fcgung steht. Neben den klassischen Hormonen zur Tr\u00e4chtigkeitsdiagnostik von Progesteron, \u00fcber PMSG und \u00d6stronsulfat bieten wir seit kurzem auch eine Bestimmung zur Absch\u00e4tzung des luteo-plazentaren Shifts an: 5-Alpha-Dihydroxyprogesteron und Progesteron werden beide bestimmt und in Beziehung zueinander gebracht. Bei Problemstuten ist so eine Aussage dar\u00fcber m\u00f6glich, inwieweit\/wie lange eine Supplementierung mit Gestagenen durchgef\u00fchrt werden sollte.
