Wir wissen, dass es keine In-vivo-Studien f\u00fcr die klinische Wirksamkeit von topischer Antibiose gibt. Die Testungen vor dem Anwenden sind daher in der Aussage limitiert, geben aber Hinweise auf m\u00f6gliche Resistenzen.
