KG, Steubenstra\u00dfe 4, 97688 Bad Kissingen, (nachfolgend \u201eLABOKLIN\u201c). Entgegenstehende oder abweichende Bedingungen des Teilnehmers* erkennen wir nicht an; es sei denn, wir h\u00e4tten diesen ausdr\u00fccklich zugestimmt.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong><strong>Anmeldung und Vertragsabschluss bei Veranstaltungen<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">2.1. Anmeldungen werden in der Reihenfolge ihres Eingangs ber\u00fccksichtigt. Die Anmeldung erfolgt durch Online-Buchung im Buchungsportal <a href=\"https:\/\/app.seminarmanagercloud.de\/laboklin-gmbh-cokg\/buchungsportal\">https:\/\/app.seminarmanagercloud.de\/laboklin-gmbh-cokg\/buchungsportal<\/a>. Mit Zusendung der Auftragsbest\u00e4tigung durch LABOKLIN kommt der Vertrag zustande. Die Auftragsbest\u00e4tigung erfolgt im Regelfall per E-Mail.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong><strong>Wechsel des Dozenten<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">3.1. Ein Wechsel des Dozenten und Verschiebungen im Ablauf berechtigen den Teilnehmer nicht zum R\u00fccktritt vom Vertrag noch zur Minderung des Entgelts, wenn dies unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung unserer Interessen f\u00fcr den Teilnehmer zumutbar ist.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong><strong>Widerrufsrecht f\u00fcr Verbraucher<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">4.1. Verbrauchern nach \u00a7 13 BGB steht nach Ma\u00dfgabe der folgenden Hinweise ein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht zu. B. per E-Mail) eine Best\u00e4tigung \u00fcber den Eingang eines solchen Widerrufs \u00fcbermitteln.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Folgen des Widerrufs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, unverz\u00fcglich und sp\u00e4testens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag zur\u00fcckzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung \u00fcber Ihren Widerruf dieses Vertrags bei uns eingegangen ist.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">F\u00fcr diese R\u00fcckzahlung verwenden wir dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie bei der urspr\u00fcnglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben, es sei denn, mit Ihnen wurde ausdr\u00fccklich etwas anderes vereinbart; in keinem Fall werden Ihnen wegen dieser R\u00fcckzahlung Entgelte berechnet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Haben Sie verlangt, dass die Dienstleistung w\u00e4hrend der Widerrufsfrist beginnen soll, so haben Sie uns einen angemessenen Betrag zu zahlen, der dem Anteil der bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt, zu dem Sie uns von der Aus\u00fcbung des Widerrufsrechts hinsichtlich dieses Vertrags unterrichten, bereits erbrachten Dienstleistungen im Vergleich zum Gesamtumfang der im Vertrag vorgesehenen Dienstleistungen entspricht.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Muster-Widerrufsformular<\/strong><br \/>\n(Wenn Sie den Vertrag widerrufen wollen, dann f\u00fcllen Sie bitte dieses Formular aus und senden es zur\u00fcck.)<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong><strong>R\u00fccktritt<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">5.1. Bei Veranstaltungen wird das Entgelt in voller H\u00f6he f\u00e4llig, wenn der R\u00fccktritt nicht sp\u00e4testens 2 Tage vor dem Veranstaltungsbeginn bei uns vorliegt. Danach ist ein kostenfreier R\u00fccktritt grunds\u00e4tzlich nicht mehr m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">5.2. Erfolgt der R\u00fccktritt nicht fristgerecht oder erscheint der Teilnehmer nicht oder nur zeitweise zu der Veranstaltung oder nur zu einzelnen Modulen, so ist der Teilnehmer zur Zahlung des vollen Entgelts verpflichtet. Dem Teilnehmer steht es frei, bis zum Beginn der ersten Veranstaltungseinheit einen Ersatzteilnehmer zu benennen, wobei die Einhaltung der jeweiligen Auswahlkriterien (fachlich wie pers\u00f6nlich) in der Person des Ersatzteilnehmers sichergestellt sein muss.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">5.3. Die Erkl\u00e4rung des R\u00fccktritts bedarf der Textform (Brief, Fax oder E-Mail).<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">5.4. Die Bestimmungen zur Abmeldung lassen das Widerrufsrecht f\u00fcr Verbraucher nach Ziffer 4 unber\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Absage, Ausfall und Verlegung von Seminaren<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">6.1. LABOKLIN ist berechtigt, Veranstaltungen abzusagen, wenn ein sachlicher Grund vorliegt. Ein solcher Grund ist insbesondere gegeben, wenn<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">a) die f\u00fcr die Durchf\u00fchrung der Veranstaltung festgelegte Mindestteilnehmerzahl nicht erreicht wird,<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">b) die Durchf\u00fchrung der Veranstaltung aufgrund eines beh\u00f6rdlichen Verbots nicht zul\u00e4ssig ist,<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">c) aufgrund dringender beh\u00f6rdlicher Empfehlungen oder Warnungen die Durchf\u00fchrung der Veranstaltung nicht zumutbar oder mit erheblichen Risiken verbunden ist, oder<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">d) sonstige Umst\u00e4nde eintreten, die die LABOKLIN nicht zu vertreten hat und die eine Durchf\u00fchrung der Veranstaltung unm\u00f6glich oder unzumutbar machen oder erheblich erschweren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">6.2. Teilnehmer werden \u00fcber die Absage und den Ausfall unverz\u00fcglich informiert. Sofern ein Nachholtermin bereits anberaumt worden ist, informieren wir Sie selbstverst\u00e4ndlich auch dar\u00fcber.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">6.3. F\u00fcr den Fall, dass LABOKLIN die Veranstaltung ersatzlos entfallen l\u00e4sst, erstattet LABOKLIN dem Teilnehmer die bereits gezahlte Verg\u00fctung. Ersatz- und Folgekosten sind (z. B. Reisekosten, Arbeitsausfall) sind ausgeschlossen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong><strong>Zahlung<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">7.1. Die Verg\u00fctung f\u00fcr die Veranstaltung wird dem Teilnehmer zum Zeitpunkt des Vertragsschlusses in Rechnung gestellt.7.2. Der Teilnehmer hat den Rechnungsbetrag sp\u00e4testens bis zu dem in der Rechnung genannten Termin zu zahlen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><strong>Verhaltensregeln<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">8.1. Teilnehmer d\u00fcrfen w\u00e4hrend der Kurse oder in den begleitenden Kommunikationskan\u00e4len ohne die ausdr\u00fcckliche schriftliche Zustimmung der betroffenen Personen keine Fotografien, Video- oder Audioaufnahmen von Dozenten, Mitarbeitern oder anderen Teilnehmern anfertigen, speichern oder verbreiten. Dies gilt auch f\u00fcr die Verwendung von Bildmaterial aus externen Quellen, das in Zusammenhang mit den Kursen steht.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">8.2. Die Weitergabe, Ver\u00f6ffentlichung oder sonstige Nutzung von Aufnahmen oder bearbeitetem Material, auf denen die genannten Personen abgebildet oder zu h\u00f6ren sind, ist untersagt. Jede unbefugte Nutzung kann zivil- und strafrechtliche Konsequenzen nach sich ziehen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">8.3. Die Teilnehmer verpflichten sich, jederzeit respektvoll, professionell und sachlich miteinander zu kommunizieren. Beleidigende, diskriminierende, bel\u00e4stigende oder sexuell anz\u00fcgliche \u00c4u\u00dferungen gegen\u00fcber Dozenten oder Teilnehmern sind strengstens untersagt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">8.4. Verst\u00f6\u00dfe gegen diese Regeln k\u00f6nnen zum Ausschluss vom laufenden oder von zuk\u00fcnftigen Kursen sowie zu weiteren rechtlichen Schritten wegen Verletzung von Pers\u00f6nlichkeitsrechten oder Datenschutzrechten f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li><strong><strong>Ausschluss von der Teilnahme<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">9. 1 LABOKLIN ist berechtigt, Teilnehmer bei Vorliegen eines wichtigen Grundes, z. B. Zahlungsverzug, St\u00f6rung der Veranstaltung oder des Betriebsablaufs sowie bei Missachtung der Verhaltensregeln nach Ziffer 8 von der laufenden und\/oder von zuk\u00fcnftigen Veranstaltungen auszuschlie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">9.2. LABOKLIN hat einen Anspruch auf die Zahlung der vollen Verg\u00fctung. Etwaige weitergehende Schadensersatzanspr\u00fcche der LABOKLIN gegen den Teilnehmer aufgrund der St\u00f6rung bleiben vorbehalten.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li><strong><strong>Webinare<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">10.1. Voraussetzung f\u00fcr die Teilnahme an einem kostenpflichtigen Seminar ist, dass der Teilnehmer den Webinar-Raum als Gast unter Angabe des Vor- und Nachnamens betritt; andernfalls ist eine Zuordnung des Teilnehmers nicht m\u00f6glich. Eine Teilnahme ist in diesem Fall ausgeschlossen<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">10.2. Teilnehmer sind verpflichtet, die Zugangsdaten vor unbefugtem Zugriff zu sch\u00fctzen. Nur der Teilnehmer hat das Recht, die Zugangsdaten zu verwenden. Die Weitergabe der Zugangsdaten an andere Personen ist untersagt. Der Teilnehmer haftet bei Nichteinhaltung.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">10.3. Kommt es im Laufe eines Webinars zu einem Abbruch oder einer Unterbrechung des Webinars in Folge einer technischen St\u00f6rung, die im Verantwortungsbereich des Teilnehmers liegt, entsteht kein Anspruch des Teilnehmers auf Wiederholung des Webinars oder auf Erstattung des vollst\u00e4ndigen oder teilweisen Entgeltes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"11\">\n<li><strong><strong>Haftung<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">11.1. Wir haften nach den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen, sofern Schadensersatzanspr\u00fcche geltend gemacht werden, die auf Vorsatz oder grober Fahrl\u00e4ssigkeit einschlie\u00dflich von Vorsatz oder grober Fahrl\u00e4ssigkeit unserer Vertreter oder Erf\u00fcllungsgehilfen beruhen. Soweit uns keine vors\u00e4tzliche Vertragsverletzung angelastet wird, ist die Schadensersatzhaftung auf den vorhersehbaren, typischerweise eintretenden Schaden begrenzt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">11.2. Im Fall der Verletzung einer Pflicht, deren Erf\u00fcllung die ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00dfe Durchf\u00fchrung des Vertrags \u00fcberhaupt erst erm\u00f6glicht und auf deren Einhaltung der Teilnehmer regelm\u00e4\u00dfig vertrauen darf (wesentliche Vertragspflicht), haften wir nach den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen. In diesem Fall wird die Schadensersatzhaftung auf den vorhersehbaren, typischerweise eintretenden Schaden begrenzt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">11.3. Die Haftung wegen schuldhafter Verletzung des Lebens, des K\u00f6rpers oder der Gesundheit ist davon unber\u00fchrt. Dies gilt auch f\u00fcr die zwingende Haftung nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">11.4. Weitergehende Haftungs- und Schadenersatzanspr\u00fcche (z.B. Erstattung von Reisekosten), die aus der Absage oder der Veranstaltungs\u00e4nderung entstehen und nicht die Verletzung von Leben, K\u00f6rper oder Gesundheit betreffen, sind, soweit nicht Vorsatz oder grobe Fahrl\u00e4ssigkeit unsererseits vorliegen, ausgeschlossen<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"12\">\n<li><strong>Datenschutz<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">12.1. Die sich aus der Anmeldung zu einer Veranstaltung ergebenden personenbezogenen Daten werden von LABOKLIN daher nur erhoben, verarbeitet und genutzt, soweit dies zur vertragsgem\u00e4\u00dfen Durchf\u00fchrung der Veranstaltung erforderlich, durch gesetzliche Vorschriften erlaubt oder vom Gesetzgeber angeordnet ist.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">12.2. Sofern eine Veranstaltung entweder von LABOKLIN gemeinsam mit anderen Veranstaltern oder ausschlie\u00dflich durch andere Veranstalter durchgef\u00fchrt wird, ist LABOKLIN berechtigt, die f\u00fcr die Durchf\u00fchrung der Veranstaltung erforderlichen personenbezogenen Daten an die jeweiligen anderen Veranstalter weiterzugeben.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"13\">\n<li><strong><strong>Urheberrecht<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">13.1. S\u00e4mtliche Materialien, die die LABOKLIN f\u00fcr ihre Kurse zur Verf\u00fcgung stellt, sind, sofern nicht anders angegeben, Eigentum der LABOKLIN und der jeweiligen Kursleiter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">13.2. Die Vervielf\u00e4ltigung oder Weitergabe der Materialien \u2013 vollst\u00e4ndig, auszugsweise oder in jedweder Form \u2013 ist ohne vorherige schriftliche Zustimmung des Urheberrechtsinhabers nicht gestattet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">13.3. Teilnehmer d\u00fcrfen ohne vorherige schriftliche Zustimmung des Urheberrechtsinhabers der Materialien keine Kopien an Dritte weitergeben, unabh\u00e4ngig davon, ob dies in elektronischer Form oder auf andere Weise erfolgt und unabh\u00e4ngig davon, ob hierf\u00fcr eine Verg\u00fctung oder sonstige Gegenleistung verlangt wird.13.4. Jeder Versto\u00df gegen die oben genannten Bestimmungen stellt eine Verletzung des Urheberrechts dar und kann zum Ausschluss von allen zuk\u00fcnftigen Veranstaltungen, ohne Anspruch auf R\u00fcckerstattung f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"14\">\n<li><strong><strong>\u00c4nderungen der Veranstaltungsbedingungen und der Verg\u00fctung<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">14.1. LABOKLIN beh\u00e4lt sich vor, die Veranstaltungsbedingungen f\u00fcr zuk\u00fcnftige Veranstaltungen jederzeit zu \u00e4ndern.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"15\">\n<li><strong><strong>Ton- \/ Foto- und Filmaufnahmen<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">15.1. Bitte beachten Sie, dass im Rahmen der Veranstaltung unter Umst\u00e4nden Fotos und Videos erstellt werden, die auf unseren Social Media-Kan\u00e4len und unserer Webseite ver\u00f6ffentlicht werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"16\">\n<li><strong><strong>Alternative Streitbeilegung f\u00fcr Verbraucher<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">16.1. Zur Teilnahme an einem Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle sind wir nicht verpflichtet und grunds\u00e4tzlich nicht bereit.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"17\">\n<li><strong><strong>Gerichtsstand<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">17.1. Registrations are processed in the order in which they are received. The order confirmation is usually sent by email.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Change of lecturer<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">3.1. A change of lecturer or alterations to the programme do not entitle the participant to withdraw from the contract or to a reduction in the fee, provided that this is reasonable for the participant, taking our interests into account.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>Right of withdrawal for consumers<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">4.1. If cancellation is not made in good time, or if the participant does not attend the event at all, attends only part of it, or attends only individual modules, the participant is obliged to pay the full fee. The provisions regarding cancellation do not affect the right of withdrawal for consumers as set out in clause 4.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong>Cancellation, cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances and rescheduling of seminars<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">6.1. LABOKLIN is entitled to cancel events if there is a valid reason. Such a reason exists, in particular, if<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">a) the minimum number of participants required for the event to take place is not reached,<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">b) the event cannot be held due to an official ban,<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">c) holding the event is unreasonable or involves significant risks due to urgent official recommendations or warnings, or<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">d) other circumstances arise for which LABOKLIN is not responsible and which make holding the event impossible, unreasonable or significantly more difficult.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">6.2. Participants will be informed immediately of the cancellation and the event\u2019s cancellation. Should an alternative date have already been arranged, we will, of course, also inform you of this.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">6.3. In the event that LABOKLIN cancels the event without offering a replacement, LABOKLIN will refund the participant the fee already paid. The participant must pay the invoice amount by the date specified on the invoice at the latest.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><strong>Rules of conduct<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">8.1. Participants may not take, store or distribute any photographs, video or audio recordings of lecturers, staff or other participants during the courses or via the associated communication channels without the express written consent of the persons concerned. This also applies to the use of visual material from external sources relating to the courses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">8.2. The disclosure, publication or other use of recordings or edited material in which the aforementioned persons are depicted or can be heard is prohibited. Any unauthorised use may result in civil and criminal consequences.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">8.3. Participants undertake to communicate with one another in a respectful, professional and objective manner at all times. Offensive, discriminatory, harassing or sexually suggestive remarks directed at lecturers or participants are strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">8.4. Breaches of these rules may result in exclusion from the current or future courses, as well as further legal action for infringement of personal rights or data protection rights.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li><strong>Exclusion from participation<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">9.1. LABOKLIN is entitled to exclude participants from the current and\/or future events where there is good cause, e.g. late payment, disruption to the event or to operational procedures, or failure to comply with the rules of conduct set out in clause 8.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">9.2. In these cases, LABOKLIN is entitled to charge the full fee. LABOKLIN reserves the right to make any further claims for damages against the participant arising from the disruption.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li><strong>Webinars<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">10.1. A prerequisite for participation in a fee-based seminar is that the participant enters the webinar room as a guest, providing their first name and surname; otherwise, it is not possible to identify the participant. In this case, participation is not permitted.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">10.2. Participants are obliged to protect their login details from unauthorised access. Only the participant has the right to use the login details. Passing on the login details to other persons is prohibited. The participant shall be liable in the event of non-compliance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">10.3. If, during the course of a webinar, the webinar is terminated or interrupted as a result of a technical fault for which the participant is responsible, the participant shall have no entitlement to repeat the webinar nor to a refund of the fee, either in full or in part.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"11\">\n<li><strong>Liability<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">11.1. We shall be liable in accordance with statutory provisions insofar as claims for damages are asserted which are based on wilful misconduct or gross negligence, including wilful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of our representatives or vicarious agents. Insofar as we are not accused of an intentional breach of contract, liability for damages shall be limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">11.2. In the event of a breach of an obligation, the fulfilment of which is essential for the proper performance of the contract and on the observance of which the participant may reasonably rely (a material contractual obligation), we shall be liable in accordance with the statutory provisions. In this case, liability for damages shall be limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">11.3. Liability for culpable injury to life, limb or health remains unaffected. This also applies to mandatory liability under the Product Liability Act.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">11.4. Any further claims for liability and damages (e.g. reimbursement of travel expenses) arising from the cancellation or alteration of the event and not relating to injury to life, limb or health are excluded, unless there is intent or gross negligence on our part.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"12\">\n<li><strong>Data Protection<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">12.1. Personal data arising from registration for an event will therefore only be collected, processed and used by LABOKLIN to the extent that this is necessary for the contractual organisation of the event, permitted by statutory provisions or required by law.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">12.2. Where an event is organised either by LABOKLIN in conjunction with other organisers or exclusively by other organisers, LABOKLIN is entitled to pass on the personal data required for the organisation of the event to the respective other organisers.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"13\">\n<li><strong>Copyright<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">13.1. All materials provided by LABOKLIN for its courses are, unless otherwise stated, the property of LABOKLIN and the respective course leaders.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">13.2. The reproduction or distribution of the materials \u2013 in full, in part or in any form whatsoever \u2013 is not permitted without the prior written consent of the copyright holder.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">13.3. Participants may not distribute copies of the materials to third parties without the prior written consent of the copyright holder, regardless of whether this is done in electronic form or by other means, and regardless of whether a fee or other consideration is charged for this.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">13.4. Any breach of the above provisions constitutes an infringement of copyright and may result in exclusion from all future events, without entitlement to a refund.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"14\">\n<li><strong>Changes to the terms and conditions of the event and the fees<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">14.1 LABOKLIN reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions for future events at any time.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"15\">\n<li><strong>Audio, photographic and video recordings<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">15.1. Please note that photographs and videos may be taken during the event, which may be published on our social media channels and our website.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"16\">\n<li><strong>Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumers<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">16.1. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such withdrawal without delay (e.g. by e-mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.<\/p>\n<h3>Effects of withdrawal<\/h3>\n<p>If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.<\/p>\n<p>If you already use the service during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable compensation corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time when we are informed of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal regarding this contract, with the compensation being proportionate to the overall value of the services covered by the contract.<\/p>\n<h3>Participation in training courses and fees<\/h3>\n<p>By registering, you agree that your personal data may be used for any purpose related to the seminar or web seminar you have booked. For cooperative events, this also includes the transfer of data to the cooperating company. You may revoke your consent at any time without giving reasons.<\/p>\n<p>Participation in the training course is only guaranteed upon receipt of payment of the full participation fee.<\/p>\n<p>If you cancel up to three days before the start of the event, the participation fee will be refunded. No refund will be made after this date. If you fail to pay the full participation fee before the official start of the seminar, you will also be charged the full fee. Web-Seminars genutzt werden d\u00fcrfen. Dies beinhaltet im Falle einer Kooperationsveranstaltung ebenso die Weitergabe der Daten an die Kooperationsfirma. Diese Einwilligung k\u00f6nnen Sie jederzeit ohne Angabe von Gr\u00fcnden widerrufen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Teilnahme an der Fortbildungsveranstaltung ist erst mit Zahlungseingang der Teilnahmegeb\u00fchr in vollem Umfang garantiert.<\/p>\n<p>Im Falle einer Stornierung bis zu drei Tage vor dem Veranstaltungstermin wird die Teilnahmegeb\u00fchr zur\u00fcckerstattet.
