Wenn die Zytologie\/Histologie an ihre Grenzen kommen, dann ist die Untersuchung auf die <strong>BRAF-Mutation<\/strong> ein Test, dessen positiver Ausgang mit 100 %iger Sicherheit die Diagnose ergibt. Das wissen wir schon seit einigen Jahren. Neu ist, dass f\u00fcr die urothelialen Karzinome die Sensitivit\u00e4t durch die Untersuchung auf zwei weitere somatische Mutationen (CNA) noch verbessert werden kann. Diese neue Untersuchung finden Sie bei uns unter dem Namen BRAF comp.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>BRAF-Mutation (V595E) (82,00 Euro, netto Tierarzt)<\/li>\n<li>BRAF comp. (V595E + 2 CNA) (190,00 Euro, netto Tierarzt)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Versandmaterial<\/strong> f\u00fcr die Praxis, damit die Zusammenarbeit optimal klappt. Das Material stellen wir weiter gern zur Verf\u00fcgung und verrechnen lediglich einen Teil der Versandkosten. Falls Sie kein <strong>Antibiogramm<\/strong> ben\u00f6tigen, ist das <strong>abw\u00e4hlbar<\/strong> \u2013 sowohl auf dem Papierauftrag (Nr. 2202) wie auch bei der Online-Version des Untersuchungsauftrags (Nr. 220200). Wir meinen, das ist ein guter Weg, entsprechend dem Aufwand abzurechnen, so wie Sie es in der Praxis auch tun.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Bakteriologie aerob (24,00
